Founded by Bryttani Smith in 2022, our bakery is deeply rooted in the traditions of my hometown, Lake Charles, LA, where the art of baking was passed down to me by my grandmother. Inspired by her, I’ve infused my creations with the rich flavors and warmth of Cajun culture, giving our desserts a unique twist that you won’t find anywhere else.
